Holmen Iggesund’s sales organisation is based on local presence backed up with a coordination centre for the European market in Amsterdam. Invercote and Incada are also sold by a number of selected merchants and agents. They all have direct links through a sales order processing system to our coordinating sales offices in Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Singapore, New York and to our production units in Sweden and the UK.
This facilitates the rapid flow of information on delivery lead times, product availability and order processing.
Our sheeting facilities close to our main markets assist in reducing lead times and rapid supply of small orders.
Iggesund MyPages is an online platform that enables you as an existing customer of Holmen Iggesund to access continuously updated data about your business with us. Whenever and however you need it. It will provide you with a complete overview of all our mutual business arrangements. Your orders, inventory status, call offs and invoices, debit and credit notes and even complaints.

Holmen Iggesund provides an outstanding worldwide supply chain network (transports, sheeting stations, warehousing) that can offer you an agile and reliable delivery service (both standard and bespoke solutions).
Our express services are available in most European markets, North America and parts of Asia.
Express is valid for most grammages of Invercote G and Creato (in Europe we also offer Express service on Incada Silk and Exel).
The general order size allowed is 1-10 tonnes.
Format sizes may differ depending on the actual service station. Other restrictions may apply, e.g. ream wrapping capability.
The Call-Off stock solution is where we keep dedicated stock in one (or several) of our well-situated storage locations. The benefits are fast access to your dedicated stock, consistent and reliable lead times and product availability on short notice.
Our SSP service solution is available for most European markets and is based on the most common standard formats used by the paperboard market. In addition to the standard grammages and formats, we also offer value added products from our Strömsbruk mill, such as Metalprint and Invercote Duo.
VMI is a type of Call-Off solution where Holmen Iggesund takes responsibility of the replenishment of the stocks for the customer.
To make the VMI service work in a secure and efficient way there needs to be a reliable forecast and a repeatable demand.
Consignment stock is a variety of VMI, were the stock is held at your Warehouse, but only invoiced when used. An IT-system needs to be in place to automatically and in real-time signal when material is moved from IPAB owned stock and should be invoiced.
EDI is the system-to-system exchange of business documents in a standard electronic format between business partners. EDI documents can flow straight through to the appropriate application on the receiver's computer (e.g. the Order Management System) and processing can begin immediately.
The most common documents exchanged via EDI are purchase orders, invoices and advance shipping notices (ASN). But there are many others such as bill of lading, customs documents, inventory documents, shipping status documents and payment documents.
As EDI documents are processed by computers rather than humans, a standard format must be used so that the computer will be able to read and understand the documents. A standard format describes what each piece of information is and in what format.
For Holmen Iggesund this EDI standard is called papiNet, which is a global transaction standard for the paper and forest supply chain.
